‘Cardinal Follies’ set for Thursday-Sunday at NCHS

Monday, Nov. 14, 2016 — Nelson County High School’s Cardinal Theatre Association will present their 2016 Cardinal Follies starting Thursday, Nov. 17 through Sunday, Nov. 20 at NCHS.
Cardinal Follies is a variety show with a mix of classic TV comedy sketches and Broadway Show stoppers. This year’s sketches will include: “The Andy Griffith Show,” “I Love Lucy,” “The Spartan Cheerleaders,” and “Hee Haw.” The Broadway shows will include “GREASE,” “The Secret Garden,” “Hairspray” and “West Side Story.”
Richard Blanton is guest host on Thursday; Matthew Fogle is guest host of Friday’s “Follies.” Pat Berry and Megan Berry Perin guest host on Saturday, and Marc Monroe is guest hose for Sunday. The shows begin at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, with a 2 p.m. matinée Sunday.
Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for students, seniors, and Nelson County school employees.
