Obituary: Jo Ann Jackson Miracle, 76, formerly of Bardstown

Jo Ann Jackson Miracle, 76, of Paris, formerly of Bardstown, died at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016 at her home. She was born Jan. 16, 1940, in Lyons Station. She was a graduate of LaRue County High School. She was retired having worked at Bardstown Manufacturing, Nukote funeral_lilyand Rosie’s Food Mart/Circle K.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Jackson and Nellie Leona Lafollette Jackson; one sister, Mary Rose Jackson Dawson; and one brother, Arthur “Jackie” Jackson.

She is survived by one daughter, Lee Ann Miracle of Prairieville, La.; one son, Clint (Michelle) Miracle of Paris; one brother, Charlie (Judy) Jackson of New Haven; one grandson, Mason Miracle of Paris; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service is 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2016, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in the Riverview Cemetery in New Haven with the Rev. John Powell officiating.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016, and 9-11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27, 2016, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may go to Hospice of the Bluegrass.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
