Obituary: Bradley Eugene Hill, 51, formerly of Chaplin

BRADLEY EUGENE HILL

Bradley Eugene Hill, 51, of Talmage Mayo Road, Harrodsburg, formerly of Chaplin, died at 11:47 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016, at home surrounded by his daughters. He was born in Lebanon on Dec. 14, 1964, to Harry Eugene and Lois Ann Beavers Hill. He was a member of the Salvisa Baptist Church, a 1982 graduate of Nelson County High School and a self-employed truck driver.

Preceding him in death was an infant son, Cody Landon Hill (Sept. 10, 1992) and his father, Harry Hill (May 3, 2009).

He is lovingly remembered by two daughters, Carlee Jo Hill (Jonathon Banks) and Hailee Briana Hill, both of Harrodsburg; his mother, Lois Ann Hill of Chaplin; and one sister, JoAnn Wiley (Greg) of Monticello, Ind.

The funeral is 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016, at the Carey & Son Funeral Home in Springfield with the Rev. Jonathan Jones, pastor of the Salvisa Baptist Church officiating. Burial is in the Highview Cemetery in Chaplin.

Visitation is 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Jasper Spurlock, Greg Wiley and H. Edwin Pulliam. Casket bearers will be Jonathon Banks, David Sexton, Duane Flora, Tom Howells, Collin Gephart and Tony Cunningham.

The Carey & Son Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of arrangements.
