Obituary: Ryan Kirby Bradley, 50, Athertonville

Ryan Kirby Bradley, 50, of Athertonville, died Monday, Dec. 12, 2016, at his residence. He was born Dec. 1, 1966, in Bardstown. He was a U.S. Air Force and Navy veteran, a Kentucky Colonel, and a member of the Catholic faith.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Rusty Bradley.

He is survived by his daughter, Morgan Leigh Bradley of Bardstown; his parents, John Edward and Theresa Anne Bradley of New Haven; four sisters, Janel (Steve) Carter of Boston, Tina (Steve) Spalding and Danielle (Matt) Jones both of Bardstown, and Denyse (Bryan Prather) Bradley of New Haven; one brother, Eddie (Sallye) Bradley of Louisville; 10 nieces and nephews; five great-nieces and nephews; he never met a stranger and had numerous friends.

The Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16, 2016, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, with cremation to follow. The Rev. Jason Harris will officiate.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016, and 8-9:15 a.m. Friday at Barlow Funeral Home. with a prayer service Thursday evening.

Memorial contributions may go to donor’s favorite charity.
