Nelson County firefighters respond for Wheeler Road house fire

Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2016 — The Nelson County Fire Department and Nelson County EMS responded Monday night for a structure fire in the 400 block of Wheeler Road. The agencies were dispatched at about 8:38 p.m. for a reported mobile home on fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire and conducted salvage operations at the residence. Firefighter were on the scene four about 40 minutes.
