Obituary: Richard Ware Logan, 76, Bardstown

RICHARD WARE LOGAN

Richard Ware Logan, 76, of Bardstown, died Friday, Dec. 23, 2016, at Norton Hospital in Louisville. He was born April 15, 1940, in Bardstown to the late Carrie Logan and Lyndon Wickliffe. He was retired from Bird Vinyl as a production supervisor. He was a member of the Broken Tee Golf Club and St. Monica Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Reed Logan.

He is survived by one daughter, Gina Logan of Florence; two sons, Richard T. Logan of Bardstown and Lathon R. Logan of Louisville; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2016, at St. Monica Catholic Church with the Rev. Peter Do celebrant. Burial is in the Bardstown Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home in Bardstown.

The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
