Obituary: Cecil Wayne White, 59, Bardstown

Cecil Wayne White, 59, of Bardstown, died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017, at his residence. He was born Oct. 10, 1957, in Bardstown. He was a self-employed construction worker and member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil “Wilbert” and Christine White.

He is survived by two daughters, Jessica (Clayton) Sanders of Holden, La. and Tanya (Justin) Brown of Bardstown; five sisters, Janice “Joni” (Wayne) Puckett of Hudson, Sherry (Tim) O’Brien of Louisville, Vicky (Paul) Filiatreau of Oneida, Sandy (Jim) Lawson of Springfield, and Mary Ellen (Kenny) Dixon of Bardstown; four grandchildren, Savannah Sanders, Harlan Sanders, Brielle Brown and Bentley Brown; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The funeral is noon, Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017 at Barlow Funeral Home, with burial in the Bardstown Cemetery.

Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may go toward his services.
