Obituary: Margaret Elaine Isham, 75, Bardstown

Margaret Elaine Isham, 75, of Bardstown, died Friday, Jan. 20, 2017, at her residence. She was born Sept. 26, 1941, in Marion County. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy C. Isham; and one grandson, Steven Dale Isham.

She is survived by two daughters, Tonya Isham and Gail Isham both of Bardstown; four sons, Billy Isham and Dale Isham, both of Bardstown, Alan (Jill) Isham of Winchester and Scott Isham of Georgetown; two brothers; four sisters; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017 at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral with burial in Peters Cemetery in Mackville. The Rev. Wilfredo Fernandez will officiate.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, 2017 and 9-10:15 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with a prayer service Monday evening.

Memorial contributions may go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
