Police called after customer threatens Salt River employees
Wednesday, May 25, 2011, 12:46 p.m. — Bardstown Police were called to Salt River Electric on Brashear Avenue after a customer whose electric service was to be disconnected threatened to shoot a representative for the utility at his home and threatened employees at the main office. The incident took place just before noon on Wednesday. Officers from the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the individual’s home to question him about the threats. The man subsequently paid the utiliyt bill and was warned about making threat.
