Obituary: Vincent Allen ‘Buffy’ Wiggington, 35, Bardstown

Vincent Allen “Buffy” Wiggington, 35, of Bardstown, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2017, at his residence. He was born March 29, 1981, in Louisville. He was an employee for INOAC in Springfield and a member of Bourbon City Bikers. He was a member of Second Baptist Church of Bloomfield.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Thomason; paternal grandmother, Mary Grahm; and paternal grandparents, Allen and Joyce Mason Sr.

He is survived by three daughters, Alexis Chantell Wiggington, Alyssa Dawn Thompson, and Kelsey Brooke Thompson all of Bardstown; three sons, Cameron Tyler Wiggington, Deshaun Trent Wiggington and Braylan Javon Wiggington, all of Bardstown; his parents, Clyde and Martha Mason of Bloomfield; one sister, Larisha Tonge of Bardstown; the mother of his children, Carrie Blair of Bardstown; two brothers, Timmy Wiggington of Bardstown and Chris Wiggington of Bloomfield; two grandchildren, Xavier La’Bryce Thompson and Kayleigh Brooke Simpson, both of Bardstown; his fiancé, Melissa Lynn Thompson of Bardstown; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, at Barlow Funeral Home, with burial in the Bloomfield Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017, and 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

The Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
