Obituary: Vicki Seay Bolin, 63, Cox’s Creek
Vicki Seay Bolin, 63, of Cox’s Creek, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, at Norton’s Hospital in Louisville.
She was born May 14, 1953, in Louisville to the late Carl David and Maude Pearl Nation Seay. She was a homemaker; a former member of Nelson County Baptist Church and former volunteer for Nelson County Christian Academy. She was member of Little Union Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Mark Allen Seay, Larry Lee Seay, Carl Truman Seay, David Dean Seay and Jackie Lane Seay.
She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Bolin; one daughter, Pearleena (Scott) Peterson of Lebanon; one son Scott (Devonne) Bolin of Bloomfield; two sisters, Eunice (Bobby) Goodlett of Lawrenceburg and Carolyn Walker of Bardstown; one brother, Ricky Seay of Bardstown; and 15 grandchildren.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017, at Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with burial in the Bardstown Cemetery with Bro. Will Sipes officiating.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to The Gideons or Little Union Church Cemetery.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Road, is in charge of arrangements.
