Fannie Marie Bentley, 85, Chaplin

Fannie Marie Bentley, 85, of Chaplin, died Saturday, May 14, 2011, at her residence. She was the former Fannie Marie Vires, a native of Spencer County and a retired health care giver. She was a member of the Big Springs Assembly of God and formerly of King’s Baptist Church where she was had been a Sunday school teacher.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Fudge and Judy Boblitt of Bloomfield; three sons, David Allen Bentley of Chaplin, Everett Bentley Jr. of Bloomfield and Wesley P. Bentley of Fairfield; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The funeral was Monday, May 16, 2011 in the chapel of Valley Cemetery in Taylorsville.
