SR. MARIAN ANDREWS SL
Sister Marian Andrews, SL, 92, of Nerinx, died Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, at the Loretto Motherhouse Infirmary. She was born Aug. 12, 1924, in Pueblo, Colo. to the late John J. and Helen M. Hemrich Pueblo. She entered religious life June 8, 1949, and received her final vows Aug. 15, 1955. She earned her Master’s degree in Education in 1954 at St. Louis University. Her assignments were located in Missouri and Colorado. Locally, she taught at Loretto High School in Louisville in 1960. She moved from the Loretto Center in Littleton, Colo. to the Loretto Motherhouse Infirmary last May.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at the Loretto Motherhouse Church, 515 Nerinx Road, Nerinx. Burial is in the Motherhouse cemetery.
A wake will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, 2017 at the Motherhouse.
The Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge in arrangements.
