Obituary: Cale Ray White, 78, Vine Grove
CALE RAY WHITE
Cale Ray White, 78, of Vine Grove, died Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, at Hardin Memorial Hospital. He was born Sept. 10, 1938, in Spencer County to the late Victor and Stella Yates White. He was a retired 1st Sergeant of the U.S. Army, a Vietnam veteran, and a former teacher for 20 years at North Hardin High School where he was active in the ROTC program. He was a member of Bloomfield Baptist Church.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Clara Cardenas; and one brother, James Winfred White.
He is survived by his wife, Christine Rabsky White; one daughter, Crystal Chatterton of Germany; two sons, Victor Scott (Melissa) White of Virginia and Michael (Brandi) White of Scottsville; and one brother, Charles (Mary Ann) White of Bloomfield.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017, at the Bloomfield Baptist Church with Bro. Richard Carwile officiating. Burial is in the Highview Cemetery in Chaplin.
Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, at the church.
The Houghlin Funeral Home of Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
