CATHARINE ISABELL BICKETT WOOD
Catherine Isabell Bickett Wood, 100, of Bardstown, died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at Bardstown Health and Rehabilitation. She was born May 9, 1916, in Marion County. She was a former employee of Bardstown Cleaners and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Charles Lee Wood.
She is survived by her children, Barbara (Herbert) Reid and Nancy McCarrick, both of Bardstown, Charles Kenneth (Marilyn) Woods of Orlando, Fla., Brilla Hartlage of Louisville and Judy (Jack) Burnsides of Springboro, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with prayers at 7 p.m..
