Friday, March 31, 2017 – The Bardstown City Council met Tuesday, March 28, 2017, and approved several Historic Review Board COAs and cemetery deeds. The council went into executive session to meet with Lexington attorney Scott Crosbie regarding his investigation and final report. Once it returned to open session, the council asked Crosbie to review the investigation’s main findings. Mayor John Royalty was not present for the meeting. Running time: About 32 minutes.
