Greenwell promoted to executive V.P. at Town & Country Bank and Trust

Tuesday, May 9, 2017 — Town & Country Bank and Trust Co. announced Tuesday that David Greenwell has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.

Greenwell joined the bank as a lender in 2011 and has served in various roles, most recently as vice president and chief credit officer.

“We are excited for David to join our executive management team,” Raffo Wimsett, president and CEO said through a press release. “David has been crucial to the success of our improved credit quality and has provided great direction to our team of lenders.”

Greenwell is a Bardstown native who earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Supervision at St. Catharine College and a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix. In addition to his role at the bank, he serves on the board of directors for Nazareth Villages.

Town & Country Bank and Trust Co. has been serving the central Kentucky community for over 109 years with offices in Bardstown, New Haven, Lawrenceburg and Nicholasville.
