Obituary: Charlotte Ann Green Mattingly, 69, Lebanon
Charlotte Ann Green Mattingly, 69, of Lebanon, died Friday, May 12, 2017 at her residence. She was born Oct. 15, 1947, in Holy Cross. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis Albert and Georgia Corbett Green; one sister, Pamela Cambron; four brothers, Francis Green Jr., Joseph Donald Green, Francis Albert Green Jr. and Bruce Green.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Deacon Thomas Edward Mattingly; five daughters, Stephanie Ann Blanford (Joseph Jr.) and Susanne Marie Warford (Mike), both of Louisville, Rachelle Lynn Bodine (Wayne) of Bardstown, Jacinta Ann Peake (Matthew) of Versailles and Ann Charlotte Saylor (Matthew) of Loretto; two sons, Thomas Edward Mattingly Jr. (Lisa Rae) of Richmond and Daniel Brion Mattingly of Louisville; two sisters, Margo Cecil of Louisville and Brenda Hamilton (Sheridan) of Springfield; two brothers, Gerald Green (Betty Jean) of Lebanon and Anthony Green (Janice) of Raywick; and 18 grandchildren.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Saturday, May 13, 2017, at St. Rose Catholic Church, 868 Loretto Road, Springfield. Burial is in the church cemetery with the Rev. Kevin McGrath will preside.
Pallbearers are Trey Mattingly, Tyler Mattingly, Luke Blandford, Evan Thomas, Michael Peake and Ryan Mattingly.

The Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto is in charge of arrangements.
