Nelson Fiscal Court to meet Tuesday morning at 9 a.m.

Monday, May 15, 2017 — Nelson Fiscal Court will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the fiscal court meeting room on the second floor of the Old Courthouse.

In addition to regular agenda items, the court will:

– hold second reading of an ordinance to amend court fees;
– consider amendments to county zoning regulations in regard to short term rentals;
– consider bids for painting the interior of the Old Courthouse;
– first reading on proposed amendments to zoning changes for Nally and Haydon Holdings and Greg & Rebecca Brothers.
– lease of county property to the Kentucky Community & Technical College System for adult education programs;
– EMS, Jail, Road Dept., recreation, and landfill/solid waste reports.
– old and new business.
