Obituary: Joyce Ann DeWitt Mount McGaha, 76, Boston

Joyce Ann DeWitt Mount McGaha, 76, of Boston, died Sunday, May 28, 2017, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown. She was a member of Methodist Faith. She was born July 8, 1940 to the late Joseph and Louise Perkins DeWitt. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jackie Mount and William McGaha; and one grandson, Brandon Cash.

Survivors include three daughters, Cathy (Don) Cash of Louisville, Tracy Mount of New Haven and Suzanna Mount of Boston; one son, John Mount of Boston; two sisters, Carolyn Stortz and Mary Bunch, both of Louisville; one brother, Joseph (Maxine) DeWitt Jr. of Louisville; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In keeping with her wishes cremation was chose with no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The William R. Rust Funeral Home in New Haven is in charge of arrangements.
