JONYE CAROLE NIX

Jonye Carole Nix, 59, of Louisville, died Friday, June 23, 2017, at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville. She was born June 4, 1958. She was a medical lab technician for Norton’s Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Nix of Louisville; and one daughter, Mercedes Nix of Louisville.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Barlow Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Bennett officiating. Burial is in the Bardstown Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday, June 26, 2017, and 9-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may go to Lupus Foundation of America.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
