Obituary: Kevin Bruce Snider Sr., 54, Elizabethtown

Kevin Bruce Snider Sr., 54, of Elizabethtown, died Saturday, July 15, 2017, at his home. He was a former mechanic for Southern Pipeline and a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lucille and Bernie Pierce, Roy E. Snider Sr. and Alfred and Alma Stotts; and one sister, Robin Bullard.

Survivors include his parents, Roy E. Snider Jr. (Donna) and Carol Ponder; one daughter, Latisha Snider; two sons, Kevin Bruce Snider Jr. and Johnathan Snider; one sister, Amy Scheidewitz (Jay); one brother, Martin Sweaney; and five grandchildren.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at St. Benedict Catholic Church with the Rev. Brian Kenney officiating. Burial is in the St. Brigid Cemetery in Vine Grove.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday, July 17, 2017, at after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction.
