Obituary: Clarissa Kaye Haste, 23, Nelson County

CLARISSA KAYE HASTE

Clarissa Kaye Haste, 23, of Nelson County, died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2017, at Jewish Hospital in Shelbyville. She was born Aug. 17, 1993, in Elizabethtown. She was a 2012 graduate of Nelson County High School, where she played golf, bowled, sang in choir, and played the clarinet in the Nelson County band.

She is survived by her mother, Donna Haste; her maternal grandparents, Dee and Helen Haste all of Bloomfield; one aunt, Sandy Haste (Charles) Conner of Mississippi; one cousin, Kimber Conner of Mississippi; her fiancé, Joseph Sidebottom of Taylorsville; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The funeral is 11 a.m Monday, Aug. 7, 2017, at Barlow Funeral Home, with burial in the Bardstown Cemetery with Deacon Sam Filiatreau officiating.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, 2017, and 9-11 a.m. Monday Aug. 7, 2017, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may go toward her service.
