Obituary: Nora Lynn Wright, 60, Bloomfield

Nora Lynn Wright, 60, of Bloomfield, died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017, at Baptist Healthcare in Louisville. She was born Nov. 1, 1956, in Glasgow to the late Clyde Walton and Nellie Jean Chaney Harper. She was a former office manager for Family Medical Center and receptionist for Dr. Mark Abramovich. She was a United States Army Veteran.

She is survived by her husband, Roddy Wright; one daughter, Katie Lynn (Jonathan) Mattingly of Bardstown; three sons, Marc Bryant of Columbus, Ind., Rod Parker (LeeAnn) Wright of Shelbyville, and Adam Dale Wright of Bardstown; one sister, Laura Jean Brady of Jeffersonville, Ind.; three brothers, Larry (Pat) Harper of Illinois, Jerry Harper and Gary Harper, both of Jeffersonville, Ind.; six grandchildren, Landon Carter Wright, Ethan Mattingly, Emily Lamm, Abigail Nalley, Olivia Nalley and Bryce Nalley; and one niece, Stacey (Frankie) Nalley of Louisville.

The funeral is noon Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2017, at the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Bro. Leland Parks officiating. Burial is in the Highview Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017, at the funeral home.

The Houghlin Funeral Home of Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
