Judy Ann Blandford, 64, of Miller Ave., Springfield, died at 11:19 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017, at University Hospital in Louisville.

She is survived by one son, Jamie (Sharon) Blandford of Loretto; her mother, Mabel Miles Blandford of Springfield; five sisters, Mary (Louis) Wheatley of Raywick, Betty Blandford and Aggie (Bill) Hutchins, both of Springfield, Pam (Keith) Hutchins of Bardstown and Catherine Blandford of Campbellsville; three brothers, Robert (Suzanne) Blandford of Perryville, Albert Blandford of Springfield and Cyril (Charlotte) Blandford of Mount Washington; one granddaughter, Taylor Kitchen of New Haven; and one grandson, Trevor Kitchen of New Haven.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, 2017, at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home with cremation to follow.

Visitation is 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2017, and after 7 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

The Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of arrangements.
