Obituary: Robert Carl ‘Bobby’ Jackson, 56, Lebanon Junction
Robert Carl “Bobby” Jackson, 56, of Lebanon Junction, died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2017, at his home. He worked in paint repair at the Ford Motor Company Truck Plant in Louisville. He was a member of both the Dunavan and McNeil Masonic Lodges, the Bullitt County Rod and Gun Club and Dennie Memorial Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Randell Jackson.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Doan Jackson; one daughter, Jamie Doan; two sons, Keith Jackson (Megan) and Tyler Jackson; his mother, Hazel Fern Dones Jackson; one sister, Gwen Jackson Newton and a grandson, Jordan Jackson.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 21, 2017, at Dennie Memorial Methodist Church in Lebanon Junction with Pastors Calvin Johnson and Anthony Cleary officiating. Burial is in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.
Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017, at the Kappel Funeral home and after 9 a.m. Monday at the church. A Masonic Rites service is Sunday at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
