Obituary: Donna Kay Gritton, 62, Bardstown

DONNA KAY GRITTON

Donna Kay Gritton, 62, of Bardstown, died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017, at Baptist Health in Louisville. She was born May 3, 1955, in Bardstown to the late Jimmy and Bonnie Reed Houck. She was an employee of Pat’s Place Restaurant and was a member of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by her daughter, Lindsey (Michael) Thompson of St. Francis; three sons, Justin Gritton, Joshua Gritton and Sean Gritton, all of Bardstown; and her grandson, Kash Thompson.

A graveside service is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017, at the Bardstown City Cemetery with the Rev. Karl Lusk officiating.

The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contribution to the victims of Hurricane Harvey.

The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
