Bardstown Baptist Church announces month-long homecoming celebration

Monday, Sept. 4, 2017 — Bardstown Baptist Church begins a month-long celebration of Homecoming during the month of September with former pastors returning to fill pulpit.

The Rev. Eddie Benton will be preaching at 8:30 and 11:00 am services Sept. 10, 2017. Rev. Benton served as pastor of Bardstown Baptist Church from 1992-1996. He is currently pastor of Rosemont Baptist Church in Lexington.

Dr. Randall Pollack, the church’s current pastor, will preach at both services on Sunday, Sept. 18.

Dr. Warner SMith will preach one service at 10:30 Sept. 24th, followed by a meal in the church’s Fellowship Hall. Dr. Smith served as pastor from 1998-2004. He and his wife currently reside in Collinsville, Ala., where he is a high school teacher and coach.
