Obituary: Ellen Sloan Keeling, 73, formerly of Bardstown

Ellen Sloan Keeling, 73, of Lebanon, formerly of Bardstown, died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2017, at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville. She was born March 29, 1944, in Louisville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen Eugene Sloan (before her birth) and Catherine Stone Sloan LeClear.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas M. Keeling of Lebanon; one daughter, Holli (Mark) Cambron of Lebanon; one son, Vince Keeling of Eden Prairie, Minn.; three grandchildren, Dallas (Chad) Brady of Lebanon, and Brendan Keeling and Bryan Keeling, both of Eden Prairie, Minn.; and long-time family friend Bill Lewis Jr. of Lebanon.

The family has chosen cremation. There will be a celebration of her life at a later date.

Bosley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
