Mitchell Ray Ramsey, 36, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting under $500.

Gavin Jacob Gordon, 19, possession of marijuana; failure to appear; failure to wear seatbelts.

Cody Scott Anderson, 20, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; possession of marijuana; failure to wear seat belts; false statement application for disabled veterans license plate; no insurance; no rear view mirror; license to be in possession; rear license not illuminated; careless driving.

Alex Dean Hamilton, 24, contempt of court; burglary, third-degree; fleeting or evading police, first-degree (motor vehicle); fleeing or evading police, first-degree (on foot).

William Howard Russell, 29, persistent felony offender, first-degree; fleeing or evading police, first-degree (motor vehicle); wanton endangerment, first-degree, police officer; no insurance; fleeing or evading police, second-degree (on foot); improper passing; speeding, 26 mph or more over limit; reckless driving.

Aaron M. Jefferson, 27, possession of marijuana; failure to appear; operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; no tail lamps.

Shannon Marie Davis, 43, failure to appear; receiving stolen property under $500.

Jeffrey L. Fulkerson, 31, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

Brooke Kay Bischoff, 36, receiving stolen property under $500.

Rodney K. Green, 28, tampering with physical evidence; serving warrant for other police agency; fleeing or evading police, first-degree (on foot).
