Obituary: Mary Lucille Weaver, 89, Mount Washington

MARY LUCILLE WEAVER

Mary Lucille Weaver, 89, of Mount Washington, returned to the Lord Friday, Sept. 29, 2017, at Baptist Health. She was the former Lucille Barber, a retired nurse’s aide, a former member of Second Samuels Baptist Church, and a member of Second Baptist Church in Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Weaver; two children, Marilyn Goldring and Curtis Stoner Jr.; and her parents, Chester and Glendora Barber.

She is survived by one daughter, Marilyn Weaver; seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home in Mount Washington with burial in Highland Memory Gardens.

Visitation is 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2, 2017, and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

The McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home in Mount Washington is in charge of arrangements.
