John Richard Royalty, 57, perjury, first-degree; official misconduct, first-degree (2 counts); false swearing.

Chelsie R. Gibson, 22, wanton endangerment, first-degree; fleeing or evading police (on foot); endangering the welfare of a child; receiving stolen property under $500.
