Obituary: Clara C. Keith, 75, Bardstown

Clara C. Keith, 75, of Bardstown, died Friday, Oct. 6, 2017, at Hospice Inpatient Care Center at Norton Health Care. She was born Oct. 5, 1942, in Bardstown and she was a homemaker.

She preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Annie Biven; two sisters, Elizabeth Schuler and Mattie Bradshaw; one brother, Johnnie Biven; and one granddaughter, Cheyanne Bowles.

She is survived by two daughters, Beth Piper and Savannah Keith, both of Horse Cave; two sons, David Lee (Cheryl) Downs and Donald (Janell) Downs, both of Bardstown; two sisters, Mary Katherine (Buck) Thornton of Clermont and Susie (David) McMichael of Bardstown; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in the Bardstown Cemetery with Bro. Rodney Lynch officiating.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9, 2017, and 9-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may go to the American Lung Association.
