Obituary: Wilma Faye Schultz, 81, formerly of Bardstown
Wilma Faye Schultz, 81, of St Pete Beach, Fla., formerly of Bardstown, died quietly Friday, Oct 6, 2017. She was born Sep. 27, 1936, to Virgil and Lessie Bradbury of Levy, Ark.
She and her family moved to Bardstown in 1963, where she immediately became involved in the community she loved. She worked for Housing & Urban Development and the City of Bardstown as tax collector. After her children were grown, she started her own business as a Color Consultant for Color Plus. She was a member of My Old Kentucky Home Country Club and Bardstown Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School. She will be lovingly remembered.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and her husband, Frank Schultz.
Survivors include two daughters Pam Harris of St. Pete Beach, Fla. and Stacy Hufziger of Brevard, N.C.; one son, Col. Keith Schultz of Holualoa, Hawaii; one sister, Nina Dollar, of Magnolia, Ark.; one grandson Brett Harris of St. Pete Beach, Fla.; seven nieces and seven nephews.
The funeral is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2017, at the Bardstown Baptist Church.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017, at Barlow Funeral Home.
