Obituary: Kerry Royalty, 56, formerly of Fern Creek

Kerry Royalty, 56, of Keystone Heights, Fla., formerly of Fern Creek, died Sept. 1, 2017, surrounded by loved ones. He was born in Louisville and graduated from Nelson County High School. He was a talented artist, truck driver, and loved playing the guitar.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Lee Ann; his grandparents, JW and Emogene Royalty of Bloomfield, and Robert and Florence Hardin of Fairfield.

He is survived by one daughter, Hannah Royalty of Keystone Heights; his parents, Marshall and Shirley Royalty; two sisters, Stacey Royalty-Rose (Randy) and Paige Cousins (Jeff); three nephews, JP, Spencer, and Jacob; and a host of relatives in Kentucky.

The memorial service is 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home in Mount Washington.

Visitation is after 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017.
