Daniel Wayne Jackson, 28, non-payment of fines.

Laron Tonge, 28, contempt of court.

Shane David Helm, 24, fleeing or evading police first-degree (motor vehicle); operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; reckless driving; possession of drug paraphernalia; burglary, third-degree; criminal mischief, first-degree; arson, second-degree; wanton endangerment, first-degree; theft by unlawful taking or disposition-auto.

Brett W. Griffeth, 31, failure to appear (2 counts).

Joseph R. Blair Jr., 50, complicity to trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (2 or more grams methamphetamine); complicity to trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (10 or more drug units opiates); trafficking in controlled substances, second-degree (10 or more drug units hallucinogen); complicity to tampering with physical evidence; complicity to possession of drug paraphernalia; complicity to trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces).

William T. Marksbury, 40, theft of a motor vehicle license plate.

Zachary T. Upchurch, 26, probation violation.

Tonya Lynn Riley, 28, probation violation.

Jacob Layne Marshall, 18, disorderly conduct, second-degree.

Susan Lynn Marshall, 29, criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree.

Ashley M. Woodgeard, 31, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury.
