Obituary: Joseph Patrick Clark, 86, Culvertown

Joseph Patrick Clark, 86, of Culvertown, died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017, at Sunrise Manor in Hodgenville. He was a retired employee of General Electric, an avid hunter, fishermAn, and poker player. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gonza and Lillian Culver Clark; one daughter, Mary Denean Clark; and his loving wife, Betty Jane.

He is survived by a son, Dwayne Clark; four daughters, Debbie Smith, Denise Ison (Russell), Rhonda Blandford (Todd), and Donna Boone (Pat); two sisters, Mary Jane Poe and Bernadette Hagan; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

The funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, and after 8 a.m. Friday at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven.

The Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
