Obituary: James Richard ‘Ricky’ Buckler, 62, Springfield

James Richard “Ricky” Buckler, 62, of Cissellville Road, Springfield, died at 9:55 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017, at his home.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Faye Fields Buckler; two daughters, Jessica Marie Buckler and Mary Angela Buckler, both of Lexington; one son, James Richard Buckler II of Versailles; four sisters, Fran Ferrell (Jimbo) of Louisville, Joy Hindman (Larry) of Maryland, Sheila Parrish (Ted) of Jacksonville, Fla., and Debbie Montgomery (Vince) of Springfield; three brothers, Charles Patrick Buckler (Carol) of Stanford, Kevin Buckler (Cathy) and Bill Buckler, both of Springfield; and four grandchildren.

The memorial funeral Mass is 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017, at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Springfield with inurnment in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 8:30-11 .m. Tuesday at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield.
