Live Nativity and other seasonal events return to Bardstown Baptist Church

Friday, Dec. 1, 2017 — Bardstown Baptist Church cordially invites you and your family to share in the spirit of Christmas by joining the congregation to enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the season throughout the month of December.
CANTATA. The Music Ministry will be performing the Christmas Cantata “Invitation to a Miracle” on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017, at 10:30 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
YOUTH EVENT. The Next Generation Ministry will be hosting a “Happy Birthday Jesus” party on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, at 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. The celebration will include pancakes, games, crafts and a birthday cake. This is a fun way for your children to learn more about this special birthday.
LIVE NATIVITY. The annual “Live Nativity” will be held 1-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 15-16,, 2017, on the front lawn of the church. This time-honored event will feature live animals and church members recreating the manger scene and the wonder of the birth of the Christ Child. Plan to attend the Festival of Trees after you visit the Live Nativity.
FESTIVAL OF TREES. The “Festival of Trees” will show off the Christmas decorating skills of our congregation and those of members in the community. Many of the trees will be for sale. This event will be held simultaneously with the Live Nativity and will be found inside the Fellowship Hall.
