Obituary: Raymond G. Montgomery, 69, Bardstown

Raymond G. Montgomery, 69, of Bardstown, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, at Norton Hospital in Louisville. He was born Nov. 30, 1948, in Louisville. He was a construction worker and a member of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Joyce Montgomery; and his parents, R.K. and Hallie Snawder Montgomery.

He is survived by two daughters, Christina (Mark) Stiltz and Vickie (Gene) Bell, both of Bardstown; four grandchildren, Brittany, Obbie, Tanya, and Kara; and five great-grandchildren, Gracie, Brennan, Jaden, Jaxon, and Maci.

The funeral service is noon Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in Bardstown Cemetery with Pastor Darrell Goodlett officiating.

Visitation is 10-noon Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may go to donor’s favorite charity.
