Obituary: Mary Victoria Bowling McCubbin, 95, Louisville
Mary Victoria Bowling McCubbin, 95, of Louisville, died Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, at Nazareth Home in Louisville. She was a native of New Haven and a graduate of St. Catherine High School. She was a very active member of St. James Catholic Church, and was a receptionist at Jeff’s Prescription Shop. She loved her life and her family.
She is survived by four daughters, Jeanie Clark, Mary Louise “Weezy” (Danny) Shadwick, Joyce M. (Charlie) Wooldridge, and Katie (Eddie) Johnson, all of Louisville; six grandchildren, Jim (Lisa) Clark, Mike (Melanie) Clark, Christi (David) Clark, Heather (Steve) Dooley, Christopher (Trisha) Johnson, and Amber (Alex) Napier; and 11 great-grandchildren, Joseph Clark, Nathan Clark, Bennett Clark, Kyle Clark, Grant Clark, Ada Harcourt, Erin Wedemeyer, Danielle Dooley, Braedyn Napier, Paisley Napier, and Easton Maynard Napier.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017, at St. James Catholic Church with the Rev. Casey Sanders and the Rev. Dick Sullivan officiating. Burial is in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
