Obituary: Larry ‘B-Bop’ Bennett, 43, Roanoke

Larry “B-Bop” Bennett, 43, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at his residence. He was a former employee of Knox Tree Service.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Alton Bennett; and one brother, Joseph Allen Bennett.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Kennedy; one daughter, Brittany Nicole Bennett of New Haven; one son, Joseph Wyatt Bennett of New Haven; his mother, Gail Bennett Hammond of Greensburg; and one sister, Crystal Jean Bennett of Mount Sherman.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018, at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville. Burial is in the Bell Cemetery in Green County.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

The Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville is in charge of arrangements.
