Johnathan G. Zevotek, 22, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 (aggravating circumstances).
James Cory Clark, 21, disorderly conduct, second-degree.
Ronald D. Mattingly, 25, reckless driving.
Thomas Ray Yocum, 30, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-all others; tampering with physical evidence.
Hope S. Wickliffe, 40, theft by deception-include cold checks under $500; operating on suspended/revoked operators license; failure to use child restraint device in vehicle; giving officer a false name or address.
Kevin Dean Kerner, 40, crimial possession of a forged instrument, second-degree.
