Obituary: Lucille Curtsinger, 78, Taylorsville
Lucille Curtsinger, 78, of Taylorsville, died Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018, at her residence. She was born July 28, 1939, in Spencer County to the late James Thomas and Annie Hazel Maddox Barnett. She was an employee of Shelby Manor Nursing Home and Signature Healthcare for 15 years. She was a member of the Pentecostal Faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Curtsinger; one daughter, Rebecca Lynn Curtsinger; and one son, James Carlton Curtsinger.
She is survived by three daughters, Anna (David) Burden, Melissa (Steve) Redmon, and Beth Ann (Joseph) Chesser, all of Taylorsville; five sons,
Billy (Debbie) Curtsinger and Gary (Vicki) Curtsinger, both of Taylorsville, Tommy (Deanna) Curtsinger and Willie (Melinda) Curtsinger Jr., both of Fairfield, and Kelly (Julie) Curtsinger of Mount Washington; one sister, Helen (Howard) King of Taylorsville; one brother, Larry (Caroline) Barnett of Frankfort; 25 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018, at the Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home in Taylorsville with Bro. Eric Gilbert and Bro. David Clay officiating. Burial is in Valley Cemetery.
The Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
