With deadline near, Republican files as candidate for District 3 magistrate

Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018 — Boston Road resident Selvey W. Vittitoe, 56, filed Tuesday morning, Jan. 30, 2018, as a Republican candidate for District 3 magistrate.

Vittitoe is the second candidate to file for District 3 magistrate and the only Republican. If no additional candidate files for the office before today’s 4 p.m. deadline, Vittitoe will face-off against incumbent Democrat District 3 Magistrate Bernard Ice in the November general election.
