Obituary: Leda Nicole Ramey, 32, Hillview

Leda Nicole Ramey, 32, of Hillview, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018.

She was born Nov. 25, 1985, in Nelson County. She was a stay-at-home mom and was the current leader of Girl Scout Troop 462. She was very proud to be a police wife and was a loving mother, wife and daughter.

She was preceded her in death by her mother-in-law, Norma Ramey; uncles, Terry Maddux, Joey Maddux and Ivo Mudd; and one aunt, Carolyn Trent.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 9 years, Todd Ramey; five children, Blaine Breeden, Delia Ramey, Ellie Ramey, Molly Ramey and Anse Ramey; her mother, Becky Leeson (Derek); her father, Joe “John” Breeden; two sisters, Helen Breeden and Ashley Deal;
one brother, Phillip Roberts (Erin); her grandparents, Phil and Sue Maddux; her father-in-law, Randolph Ramey (Robin); sister-in-law, Teresa Ramey; and several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

The funeral is noon Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home, Shepherdsville (Preston Hwy at Brooks Road), with burial in Brookland Cemetery.

Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, and 9 a.m. – noon Friday at the funeral home.

The Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home in Shepherdsville is in charge of arrangements.
