Obituary: Patricia ‘Patty’ Rose Bond, 62, Bardstown

Patricia “Patty” Rose Bond, 62, of Bardstown, died peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018, with her husband by her side.

She was preceded her in death are her mother and father, Irene and Dallas Walls; her stepmother, Jose Walls; one sister, Debbie Rich; and one brother, Dallas Walls Jr.

She is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Danny Bond; one daughter, Adrienne Gilkey (Alex); one son, Patrick Blair; three stepsons, William Bond, Michael Bond (Megan) and Matt Bond (Kaitlyn); one brother, Keith Walls; three grandchildren, Avery (Adrienne) Docker, Raelynn Dockery and Caven Dockery; her mother and father-in-law, Carol and Joey Bond;
and a host of other family and friends.

The funeral was Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 South Buckman St. in Shepherdsville with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.

The Hardy-Close Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
