Obituary: Betty Sue Smith Miller, 67, Bardstown

Betty Sue Smith Miller, 67, of Bardstown, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018, at her residence. She was born Dec. 30, 1950, in Washington County. She was a homemaker, and an ambassador of the Lord, she loved God. She also loved her children and family. She enjoyed shopping at St. Vincent de Paul.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Lanham; and two sisters, Mabel Wayne and Gail Lanham.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bill Miller; six children, Mickey (Kim) Smith of Tennessee, and Tanya (Billy) Auberry, Dana Louis, Falisha (Bill) Maddox, and Cheves (Curtis) Miller, all of Bardstown, and James (Kenyetta) Miller of Culvertown; her father, James Hillard; her stepmother, Wanda Hillard; siblings, Donna Smith, Carol Noble, Mary Hillard, William Lanham, Andrew Hillard, Terry Hillard, Wesley Rowlet, and Louis Hillard; and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen with no services.

Memorial contributions may go to St. Vincent de Paul.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
