Obituary: Vivian Rose Gordon, 81, Shepherdsville
Vivian Rose Gordon, 81, of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018. She was born in Boston, on April 12, 1937, to the late Richard and Helen Ray.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Edward Gordon; two sons, Thomas Gordon and Adam Gordon; one sister, Alicia French; two brothers, Bernard Ray and Rich Ray; and one grandson, Thomas Gordon Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Serena White; four sons, Joey Gordon, Charles Gordon (Denise), Daniel Gordon (Linda) and Larry Gordon; eight grandchildren, Christina Bryant, Christie Batts, Wayne Gordon, Charles Gordon, Jr., Patty Gordon, Rose Norris, Chris Gordon and Nikki Andis; two sisters, Barbara Logsdon and Martha Gaddie; one brother, Charles Ray; numerous great- grandchildren; and a host of other dear family and friends.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial in the Brookland Cemetery.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
The Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) is in charge of arrangements.
