Obituary: Thomas Anthony Mattingly, 67, Lebanon

Thomas Anthony Mattingly, 67, of Lebanon, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2018, in Louisville after an illness. He was born to the late Bernard Abel Mattingly and Lena Mae (Craig) Mattingly on Aug. 7, 1950, in Marion County.

He is survived by his three daughters, Kimberly Lynn Blair and Ashley Thomas (Andy), both of Lebanon and Delanna Hardin (Jeremy) of Springfield; three sisters, Fay Beach (Charles) of Lebanon, Kay DeMurray (Jason) of Campbellsville, and Anita Smith (Jerry) of Bardstown; one son, Scott Mattingly (Scarlet) of Versailles; six brothers, Bernard Mattingly and George Mattingly (Melanie), both of Lebanon, Wayne Mattingly of Louisville, Donald Mattingly of Knifley, Steven Mattingly and Leonard Mattingly; eight grandchildren, Landon Mattingly, Alexis Mattingly, Jonathon Blair, Isaac Mattingly, Eli Thomas, Ayva Hardin, Annaliese Hardin and Adelynn Hardin; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Thursday, March 1, 2018, at Campbell-Fisher Funeral Home in Lebanon. Burial is in the Holy Name of Mary Cemetery in Calvary.

The family requests visitation after 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018, at the funeral home.

The Campbell-Fisher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
